Raw honey is honey as it exists in the beehive, or as obtained by extraction but is not filtered or heated.  Raw honey may contain fine particles, pollen grains, air bubbles, comb and propolis.
 
Wildflower honey is known as polyfloral honey which simply means that the pollen and nectar used to produce it comes from a variety of blossoms from more than one wildflower in a particular area.
