SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we only ship using USPS Ground Advantage
Shipping times are only an ESTIMATE:
USPS Ground Advantage: 3-6 business days
All pre-orders are shipped separately if included with any in stock orders. Priority or expedited shipping will not be applied to shipping of pre-orders.

Shipping estimates do NOT change our processing time to fulfill your order. These estimates are only for the shipping company and when they will deliver your order.
​
Orders are shipped in the sequence they are received. If you provide a correct email address, you will receive an email when your order goes out into the mail, as well as immediately after placing an order online. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks, please contact us and include the date of your order, your telephone number, and let us know if your payment has cleared.
​
The State of Georgia, requires us by Law to apply Sales Tax to Shipping costs.
​
We do not ship Saturday, Sunday or on Holidays.
​
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Our order processing time to fulfill your order can be from 1 - 5 days. Unexpected delays can happen from time to time.

Pre-Orders on seed packets can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped to you. Please plan accordingly. There is nothing we can do to get it to you faster.

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are are received.
​
Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday.
The office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. For orders placed over the phone or through the mail, we also accept checks and money orders. Your credit card is charged the day you place your order, including any pre-ordered items and seasonal items reserved for later shipment. Our site is secure and your credit card information is safe. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our seeds and products.
While we do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any of our bath & body products or honey, should you experience a problem with any of our products, please reach out to us at helpme@oldoakhomestead.com
If your seed purchase proves unsatisfactory we will replace the seed packet or refund the purchase price of that seed packet, according to your preference.

We require prior authorization for ALL requests to return seed packets. We will only accept unopened seed packets. ALL seed packets must be in excellent condition or we will not process a return. Requests must be made with in 14 days of placing your order.
Upon authorization, ALL packets must be returned, unopened, with in 14 days of original purchase.

All sales are final for live plant starts. We do not refund, accept returns or exchanges for any of our live plant starts. When they leave us, our plants are healthy and ready to grow! The responsibility to ensure their continued health and growth rests entirely with the customer after purchase.
